Rather than doing all design work in-house, we work with a network of artists so we can match our customers with a designer who's style is most fitting to make their vision come to life. You don't need to know HTML or CSS, but you do need to have experience designing the graphical part of website layouts and should be able to provide a few samples of your work.

Our design partners are independently contracted and we do not guarantee any level of opportunities. You can set your own prices, but typically at least two artists will be selected to provide bids on any given project and you must be within the customer's budget constraints.

We do our best to make these conditions much better for you than in the open freelance world. We are relatively selective with who we work with in the first place, so you shouldn't have to worry about being undercut by someone way below your skill level. You can also be more confident that our customers are qualified leads and we can escrow payments for you. Furthermore, having an ongoing business relationship with us results in a smoother and less stressful process overall.

We are tentatively looking for someone to manage some servers or help out with programming tasks during times when we have higher workloads. Our current needs would not have regular (nor very frequent) hours and we are open to proposals from outside consultants. This is ideal for someone just looking to trade spare time for cash, we don't have a full job to fill.
